I wanted to pass on my thanks and deep appreciation for all of your help with the planning and budgeting of the film trip to Peru. You made a very difficult task much easier and you took the ideal of customer service to new limits. We were so happy with the standards of accommodation and most of all with all of your team in Peru. ALL the local staff were fantastic, extremely efficient, helpful, friendly and more than understanding when we decided to change our itinerary at short notice. They were so helpful, polite and patient with a group which must have been so different to their normal tour groups. They truly made our trip so much fun, and helped us in so many ways, and always with a smile. Lake Titicaca ...Abel and Juliano were also great and very understanding.
From my experience Chris, you have a great operation and obviously your committment and enthusiasm filters through to all of the people you have working for you. I would be more than happy to be a reference for you at any time, and I think you could be getting a few more tours from Australia!!

Dear Chris, How can I begin to tell you how much we enjoyed the trip! We felt right at home in Cuzco. We loved our two day trips with our guide Efrain. We absolutely adored the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu and the Sanctuary Lodge. Our trek leader Pedro was a great guy. We had fun during our short final visit to Lima with our driver, Tito, who took us exploring along the seashore. A truly fine experience all around. Oh, and I did manage to get to a school at Willoj to leave a stack of notebooks and ballpoint pens. The teachers were away that day but we sat in on a great music class that was being held outside the school building. Thanks many times over! Scott

Hi Chris,

We want to thank you for offering one fine tour operation in Peru.  Amy and I can't say enough good things about our trip and the excellent people you lined up to make it all happen. First off, Ruth, our airport pick-up person was right on time, friendly, and very helpful.  She got us checked in at the hotel for our first few days and gave us the information on our chosen itinerary.  Margo and the other pick-up people were all very prompt and friendly. From that point on everything TAMBO provided was excellent.  All the hotel choices, city tours, Sacred Valley tours, and the big daddy of them all, The Inca Trail were fantastic. Our guide Miguel on the Inca Trail was about as good as one could find.  He was so knowledgeable on the Incan culture we feel like we got a graduate school class tossed in to the package!  Not only was he knowledgeable but very personable and helpful.  We really missed him at the conclusion of our trip. We shot about 20 rolls of film !!
