TAMBO TOURS and its affiliates act only as agents for the passengers with respect to services provided by others, including but not limited to hotels, restaurants, sightseeing, adventures and transportation. ( land, sea and air)
TAMBO TOURS and it's agents shall not be liable for any wrongful death, injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising from any defect of any vehicle or act, omission, neglect, accident, error or default of a company or person engaged in providing such hotels, restaurant, sightseeing, adventure, transportation or other services of the tour.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS: Declares that you are participating in the activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and hear by you agree to be responsible for your own welfare and you assume any and all risks of illness, injury, emotional trauma and death and hereby release and discharge TAMBO TOURS, its owners' agents or associates from all actions, claims, demands for damages resulting in your participation in the trip and or adventure.
NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR TOUR PRICE: Airfare or Meals, unless mentioned. Costs of visas, passports, tourist cards, vaccination certificates, excess baggage charges, personal baggage or health insurance, tips for tour guides, airport taxes, air transportation (unless noted) or items used for personal nature.
CANCELLATIONS : Are required in writing and received by TAMBO TOURS. Fees are as follows prior to departure date. 30 days or more, less 15% per person. From 29 -15 days, less 25 % per person. 14 days or less 50%. Unused portions of tours are non-refundable and are non-exchangeable. Standby customers must re-schedual tours if bumped.
LATE BOOKING FEES: Bookings made 15 days or less prior to the departure date, a one time fee of $15.00 will be assessed. Fee is waived for standby customers.
FORM OF PAYMENT: All land services are to be paid in U.S. funds with either cashier checks, money orders or credit cards. Personal checks are acceptable only with a one (1) month or more advance booking. For International flights that originate outside the country of Peru credit cards are excepted by a third party.
